How do we check what isn't working?

At Eagle Business Strategy, we don't believe in long reports that no one reads. We start with a meeting at your office at Marszałkowska or at your headquarters. We want to see what work actually looks like daily, not how it is described in brochures.

During the internal audit, we look at three things: cash flow, work organization, and costs. Companies often lose money through simple errors, such as incorrectly signed supplier contracts or wasting employees' time on repetitive activities that can be automated without great costs.
